Terms of carriage

Direct Taxis (Norfolk) Ltd shall not be liable for any costs that a customer incurs as a result of the service being hindered by 3rd party influences e.g. war, acts of god, disruption, delay or negligence.

Customers are asked to ensure that they leave plenty of time for their journey. This is especially important if you need to make a connection e.g. flight, ferry or train at a particular time as any of the examples above could delay your journey.
